Here's a great article from the Los Angeles Times that explains
project oversight and "auditing" of IT
projects. Check out this
article, it is very well written and explains a lot. ![]()

I performed project and technical oversight on the Parole LEADS project with the California Department of Corrections . I started Wednesday, February 18, 1999! I've also worked many other projects with the Department of Corrections, Department of Justice, Prison Industry Authority, Prison Reception Centers (part of CDC Institutions). I'll post more on those soon.

One of the requirements was to use the words Lewinsky and Kaczynski (the Unabomber) in a limerick. Here are the 3 winners:
Entry #1:
There once was a gal named Lewinsky
Who played on a flute like Stravinsky
'Twas "Hail to the Chief"
On this flute made of beef
That stole the front page from Kaczynski.
Entry #2:
Said Bill Clinton to young Ms. Lewinsky
We don't want to leave clues like Kaczynski,
Since you look such a mess,
Use the hem of your dress
And wipe that stuff off of your chinsky.
Entry #3:
Lewinsky and Clinton have shown
What Kaczynski must surely have known:
That an intern is better
Than a bomb in a letter
Given the choice of how to be blown.

See the stone set in your eyes
See the thorn twist in your side
I will wait for you
Slight of hand and twist of fate
On a bed of nails she makes me wait
And I wait....without you
With or without you
With or without you
Through the storm we reach the shore
You give it all but I want more
And I'm waiting for you
With or without you
With or without you
I can't live with or without you
And you give yourself away
And you give yourself away
And you give
And you give
And you give yourself away
My hands are tied
My body's bruised
She's got me with nothing to win
And nothing left to lose
With or without you
With or without you
I can't live with or without you
